Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Suzakana is a stickler for proper dining etiquette, and frequently bemoans the state of dragon society (in private, of course) when she notices dinner guests being rude or insensitive towards their hosts. While she knows she can't really place too much blame on hatchlings eating messily or feuding clan members throwing food at each other, she still feels obligated to be as polite as possible, even going so far as to eat gracefully while ignoring any chaos happening around her. She has a sneaking suspicion that this is why she keeps getting invited to rowdy dinner parties, since at least one dragon has to keep a clear head when food starts flying.
