Albino Dragons are so named because their translucent, scale-less skin lacks all pigment. Instead, to help protect their bodies from the sun, they are coated in an oily secretion that blocks the sun’s harmful rays. The call of an albino dragon is similar to a barn owl--a shriek instead of a roar.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Weaponless Freak is a male Albino dragon. He is an ordinary dragon, except for one thing. Freak is an insomniac. He tries to get to sleep, but he just can't. Freak can't count sheep (it makes him hungry, and he can only count to fifteen), he can't sing himself to sleep and he can't even make himself comfortable on any surface. He has resorted to taking some sleeping potion every night.

Weaponless Freak lives alone in a little cave located in a mountain range called "The Dragon's Teeth". He owns a few jewels and pieces of gold but he is quite generous and often gives his treasures to dragons who don't have any. Freak is surprisingly popular and has many friends. He doesn't have a mate or eggs, though.

A kind and friendly dragon, Weaponless Freak was abandoned as an egg and has no memories of his parents. However, he admits that it's okay with him, as he prefers to dwell on the present instead of the past.
