Thunder Dragons are the masters of electricity. Their wings gather energy as they soar through the clouds, and when they clap their wings together they can create devastating arcs of lightning. They can stay airborne nearly indefinitely, landing only to sleep and breed; they catch their prey from the air and take moisture from the clouds. A thunder dragon’s roar is considered to be an omen of misfortune.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Mysterious and deep, Phenomena is less of a dragon and more of a force of nature. She soars through the air, hidden entirely by clouds, and lightning crackles across her wings. She's a quiet and isolated dragon, doesn't tend to associate much with others. She's rigidly honest and blunt. She doesn't seem to understand other dragons' feelings, nor does she seem to have any herself. Everything in her life is associated through logical deduction and matter-of-fact reality. She relays no opinions or inner feelings, acting indifferent to everyone and thing. That said, there are times when her inner emotions come through, mainly in relation to her family. While she may act all cold and mysterious, even around them, there's a sense that she does truly care for them. This is mostly seen in how she'll defend them if ever they are in danger. She tends to be a bit meaner than she needs to be toward bullies who threaten her Thundersnow mate and sister in-law, though she, of course, denies it.
