Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Tectone is a fantastic architect. She built dens for every dragon inside the main cave. Naturally, her den is the best, with a stream that quietly flows to the side and lots of space for her to move around. All of the dragons respect her, but continually bother her with plans for their dens. Tectone sometimes snaps, and shouts at them loudly while controlling stalactites to fall from the ceiling. During those outbursts all hatchlings are instructed to take cover until the tremors stop.
