Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Whippereul loves racing. She can often be found running around with Exre, the Whiptail belonging to Sienna's brother, Vioel. Despite being one of the more recent additions to the Clan, she has integrated herself well with the other dragons, especially Tundraesa. While Tundraesa chooses to fly when they're racing, Whippereul can still outrun her on the ground, much to the Trihorn's displeasure. Whippereul likes getting rabbit treats from Sienna as well, so she always bugs the poor teen every waking hour.
