Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Rephaim Raven is a born leader. Although a common black dragon—a race widespread—his talents do not only cover magic and physical skills, no, he also is highly intelligent and charming—if he wants to be. Rephaim Raven was the first dragon in MiharuBlueCats dragon family. She found him in front of a huge cave when he was a mere hatchling, hungry and alone since his mother and father had deserted him. Although finding a new mother in Miharu, he grew up as a rather brooding character who enjoys long flights alone and dark caves. On one of these flights he found a beautiful blue egg alone in the forest. Remembering the own first half of his childhood, Rephaim Raven felt pity for the egg and brought it home to MiharuBlueCat. He would never regret this, as a magnificent blue Waterhorsedragon hatched from the egg. She would become the love of his life. Today Rephaim is the leader of Miharu's large dragon coven.
