Vampire Dragons are members of the undead. They sustain themselves by drinking the blood of others. It is said that they are only “alive” at night, and seem dead or asleep during the day, as they cannot endure sunlight for long periods of time. Vampire Dragons can only reproduce by changing the eggs of other dragons, puncturing the shell with their fangs and injecting venom that kills the baby inside.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Dark Prodigal Son egg was bitten by a vampire, miraculously instead of the egg cracking open and the baby dying he was transformed. Then the other dragons in the cave where he lived seemed to accept the newest vampire in their midst—very few had been accepted lately, if they had not been killed first. Perhaps the dragons of the cave knew something important.

As his name states he is a prodigal son for he is a descendant of four dragons of this cave, and perhaps that is why he was accepted instead of rejected. The red of his wings and points is a reddish orange as that of the fire dragons, and magi Embrak and Matchstick. In spite of being a vampire he is friendly with those in the cave, but true to his nature he can't resist to bite now and again.
