Two-Finned Blunas are a very social breed of dragon, living in packs of dragons called “pods.” Blunas are very curious and playful creatures and several dragons in a pod will often “play” with one other, chasing each other around, tossing seaweed back and forth, and riding ocean swells. They are occasionally seen swimming alongside whales and dolphins.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Mudfin is always energetic and fun, wanting to play. When she realized that the only other water dragon was a deep sea dragon that never wanted to play and stayed in the deep water, she mourned and felt lonely. She got visits from other dragons but they couldn't swim and play, just talk. She tried encouraging her friends to learn how to swim, but they said no because their wings are too fragile. Mudfin became truly happy when another water dragon came. Sungill is now Mudfin's best friend.
