White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Benzaiten, unlike her father, is outgoing and headstrong. She tends to rush head-long into things without thinking, and is one of the few who openly express their dislike for Jarila. Her healing magic is close to useless, and often does more harm than good. She is extremely overprotective of her clutch-mate and friend, Taweret.

Benzaiten is named for the Japanese goddess of all flowing things, and also known as a protector deity and one of the Seven Gods of Fortune.
