Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Gringo is the eldest member of the Clan. He is very friendly and welcoming to everyone, and he is quite the ladies man. He is a bit awkward with the hatchlings and adolescents of the Clan, but he makes up for it with his fierce protective disposition. Since Darmathium has entered the Clan, Gringo has become increasingly edgy, not wanting to hand his authority of the Clan over to one of the youngest dragons born to guard such things. The two males have skirmished several times in a power struggle that the Clan is watching with bated breath.
