Welcome to Dragon Cave! Dragon Cave is an online adoptables game. Collect eggs, raise them to adulthood, and then breed them to create interesting lineages. New dragons are added regularly!

Deep Sea Dragons, as their name suggests, spend most of their time in the darkest depths of the sea. They have a bioluminescent dorsal spine that serves to attract prey and communicate with their own kind. As with many deep sea animals, they generally eat whatever they can manage to bait. They rarely leave the ocean floor, surfacing only during breeding season. When they do choose to travel to the shallower depths, they avoid bright lights and will only come up far away from shore.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
Thaelia Oria never had trusted humans before the incident. She had been a hatchling at the time, naive and brash. She had believed herself to be invincible, and had insisted that no fisher's net could ever entrap her. It did not take long for this statement to be proven wrong, and she found herself tangled and immobile, suspended a few miles below the surface but not nearly as deep as she would have liked. To her surprise, a diver by the name of Counterklock came alone. A human. She did not stop to think, to do human things like take pictures or sit and stare at the deep-sea dragon young, but immediately set to work cutting the poor creature loose. Once she was free, she had fled, fearing the human might attempt to hurt her. But now, Thaelia Oria surfaces every once and a while, in the middle of the night, and her now-good friend Counterklock is always there, ready to share the adventures she had been on since their last visit.
