Welcome to Dragon Cave! Dragon Cave is an online adoptables game. Collect eggs, raise them to adulthood, and then breed them to create interesting lineages. New dragons are added regularly!
Vampire Dragons are members of the undead. They sustain themselves by drinking the blood of others. It is said that they are only “alive” at night, and seem dead or asleep during the day, as they cannot endure sunlight for long periods of time. Vampire Dragons can only reproduce by changing the eggs of other dragons, puncturing the shell with their fangs and injecting venom that kills the baby inside.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
In the valley South of the Thornback Mountains, there once existed a castle that went by the name of Diluculo. That castle, seated upon a balding hill of crumbling granite, is long since ruined but still retains a few of its best features... Namely, its view of the massive graveyard called Necropolis, and its residential coven of Vampyric Dragons housed in the crumbling dungeons.
This small population of ill-liked Dragons is led by a singular male styling himself as the White Prince, Mordoc SeLanmere. Unlike the Kings and Lords of the mountains above, age has only made this ancient being stronger, ruling his coven and the surrounding clans of Black Marrows and Shadow Walkers with an iron talon.
Legends state that he can enchant any living female with a single gaze, and his stunning looks. They also say his crypt's hoard contains the metallic shells of his enemies' young, and that he is the master of three ancient Dracolich that roam Necropolis. Few living can confirm this, however.
