When Water Dragons mature, they lose the ability to survive on land, entering the water permanently. They are adept swimmers and eat whatever fish are in the lake they live in. They tend to inhabit the same lake for their entire lives, although a few live in the ocean and swim all over the world.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Kaelin is a ferocious dragon, and very proud. When a new being approaches him, they must emit complete humility, otherwise this dragon will attack with vicious claws and blue fire. He can swim to a depth of 1,000 feet, and kills dolphins and sharks for his prey. He is the kind of the ocean and the top of the food chain. The whales fear him and stay out of his way. He does not generally harm humans unless they swim too deep into his realm. He has little interest in females other than Hogosha, who is his mate for life . Kaelin is very vain, and is always grooming himself. His scales are like blue mirrors, and when he is in light they shine like a diamond. This dragon is 200 feet long, and has no legs. He is an amazing swimmer and can reach top speeds of 250 miles per hour. His main domain is the Pacific Ocean, but he travels to the other oceans to explore when he is bored.
