Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Rurin's egg was found on the same day as her twin. They both hatched on the same day, and grew up together, finally reaching their final stage, as always, together. <br/>Rurin is a bit more ambitious than her sister. She's always up to trouble, eager to explore, and quick to anger. She has a bit of a temper, but has quick wit, and is able to get her way around tough spots. She's rather impetuous, and enjoys doing things on a whim.<br/>She's not too sociable, although she does have her few close friends. It seems her sister is the only one she truly confides in, however.<br/>Rurin is a force to be reckoned with in battle, but combine her with her sister, and the duo are down right deadly. Especially when defending each other, which Rurin does with ferocious tenacity.<br/>Rurin has some skill in magic, but prefers using her natural talents in daily life, as well as on the battlefield. Her claws and fangs are not one you would want to be on the receiving end of.
