Vampire Dragons are members of the undead. They sustain themselves by drinking the blood of others. It is said that they are only “alive” at night, and seem dead or asleep during the day, as they cannot endure sunlight for long periods of time. Vampire Dragons can only reproduce by changing the eggs of other dragons, puncturing the shell with their fangs and injecting venom that kills the baby inside.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Monstre was never convinced that he was anything but a lifeless creature. That is, until he met someone called Cheesey. He had roamed the valley; being guided by only his more primal instincts, he attacked anybody who would even look in his direction. One evening, as he lurked by a pond, he came upon a gathering of Black Tea dragons. These were his favorite; he always found himself feeling sophisticated when drinking their liquids. Upon seeing him, they quickly ran; preparing to make chase, Monstre had to pause at a pile of cheese they had left behind. The cheese wobbled and rose from the ground; Monstre felt something a lot like fear --the first time in what seemed like forever.

The smelly cheese wiped its face free of dirt, and said that it had a name. Monstre frowned, and thought "If this pile of cheese has a soul and a purpose, then why not me." Since that time, they've done everything together; Monstre forever being reminded that he didn't have to reflect his namesake.
