Jarlsberg is a semi-firm, pale yellow cheese, similar to Swiss, with a yellow wax rind. It is widely celebrated for its mild, buttery, almost nutty flavor and supple texture.
This particular one is still quite small, and appears to be nibbling on the curtains.
