Nocturne Dragons are a strange breed. Whenever light strikes their bodies, they are frozen in whatever position they were in. This leaves them vulnerable and they rely on camouflage to keep themselves safe. They are often mistaken for statues when in this frozen state, but Nocturne dragons do not actually turn into stone. Rather, they merely idle until the sun goes down. At night, these dragons come to life, proving themselves to be powerful fliers, although little else is known about their true behavior.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Trying to understand Yronni is ill-advised. She's well known for being an oddball.

When she was a hatchling, she was kidnapped by Creorluna. Just as so many other unfortunate members of the clan. However, her story varied a little; for unknown to her kidnapper, Laizelo spotted him leaving with Yronni in tow. Zel had been haunted ever since he lost the two Neotropical twins to Creorluna's clutches and made it his personal mission to ensure as few hatchlings as possible were kidnapped. In other words, he was unknowingly getting his dream of becoming a hero.

Zel found them and fought to save Yronni from her possible imprisonment. But in the struggle, Yronni wound up getting spun around by the massive trunks of their legs.

As a result, her brain became as dicey as scrambled eggs. She'll often say awkward, even vulgar things, unable to really control herself. She's known to screech out some odd phrases. Potato River being one of her favorites and strangest.
