Vampire Dragons are members of the undead. They sustain themselves by drinking the blood of others. It is said that they are only “alive” at night, and seem dead or asleep during the day, as they cannot endure sunlight for long periods of time. Vampire Dragons can only reproduce by changing the eggs of other dragons, puncturing the shell with their fangs and injecting venom that kills the baby inside.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Unlike Stolen Elama, Pixie Venom is perfectly content being a Vampire dragon. It's the only life she's ever known, and though it is troublesome at times -- like how she can't enjoy the daytime, or how the Tribe doesn't allow her to come near the nursery and many of its members treat her like a threat -- she accepts it, and has even made friends with a few of the more easy-going Tribe members.

Despite having a rather ominous presence and menacing look, Pixie is friendly and out-going, determined that Zobs and Elama should also enjoy themselves and have a more active role in the Tribe. Though the mothers and Cave Mothers won't permit Pixie to come near the nursery, she enjoys watching the young dragons learn and grow from afar. Though this hobby brings her happiness, it also makes her nostalgic for something she's never known, and Pixie often wonders what her life could have been like had she never been bitten.
