Geminae Dragons are known to be among the most powerful psychics of dragonkind. This power is used primarily to communicate with other creatures, but also as a defense mechanism. Though large, Geminae are not particularly well-suited for physical combat and thus rely on their psychic abilities to influence the thoughts, intentions, and emotions of anything that seeks to harm them. These dragons have no interest in fighting, either; they spend most of their time solving complex puzzles as a challenge for both heads to achieve together. Though both heads of the Geminae approach problems much differently, they are unparalleled in their desire to collaborate and compromise to reach a solution. When a Geminae puts its heads together, there is almost nothing it cannot do.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Two-headed dragons are unique enough to deserve a separate classification from ordinary dragons. They have two necks, two brains, two mouths, but one stomach and one main body. The two heads usually work together, but there are times when they will fight each other, snapping back and forth. Their unique anatomy prevents them from breeding with single-headed dragons.

Wise, mysterious, and mystical, there is no dragon quite like Twin. She mostly isolates herself, preferring her own company above all else. She is incredibly intelligent and spends the majority of her time trying to sharpen her minds, which usually includes a lot of reading and solving complex puzzles. She is generally quite kind to others, though she is often so focused on her own hobbies that she neglects all others around her. It is a great feat in itself just to get Twin's attention and an even greater challenge to keep it, since her minds wander off so easily. Twin gets easily bored with others, not unless they are smart or interesting enough to warrant her full attention. This behavior leads others to label her as snobbish, pompous, and superior, though she never really acts in this way besides her inattentive nature. In truth, Twin is a truly sweet dragon with a good heart, she's just stuck in her own world most of the time. Not that she cares to leave, of course.
