Aww... It’s a cute baby drake. It seems to like you, although it is very hyperactive and difficult to train.

Young drakes are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own.

PlayfulDrake is a very active Ochredrake hatchling. She loves to play with all of the other hatchlings in her cave, and she usually plays with them all day. Her best friend is BittyDrake, another Ochredrake hatchling in her cave. Though he spends most of his time during the day flying, instead of playing, at night both hatchlings settle down side by side and mentally talk until they both fall asleep.
