Hellfire Wyverns are so named for their foul tempers and fiery visages. Their social structure places all females above all males, due to superior physical characteristics and violent dispositions. Forced subservience of the males causes them to become vicious, petty, antisocial, and passive-aggressive compared to the aggressive and social females. However, orphaned hatchlings raised by foster parents of another species can develop surprisingly even tempers and mellow dispositions, proving that their defining unpleasant nature is, in fact, a learned behavior.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

True to her breed, Enimair has an awful temper. She always yells when she talks. When she tells someone to do something, she expects it to be done when and how she wants it. You can tell when she's angry, because she will always throw a tantrum. When she does—watch out! Enimair is a fierce fighter, which has earned her the highest rank in the Valley Army, established by Sorrin when the neighboring Clans started warring against each other. The Valley Army, however, rarely fights. Its main purpose is to protect the Clan if any other starts to get any ideas. It was clear that Guardian Tail and his spawn could no longer be the only line of defense. Enimair is not only a good fighter, but she is also great at planning strategies. Despite the fact that no one likes her, she is respected for the service that she does for the Clan. It isn't only the hatchlings that fear her.
