White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Laneria is very quiet compared to the other dragons listed on the scroll, usually keeping to herself. However, her shy personality makes her a most interesting match for her outgoing life-mate Aranion, who she spends most of her time with. Laneria's healing skills surpass those of any of her other cave-mates, including her mate, and the two elder dragons have used their skills to heal their community's sick and wounded for generations.
