Script Dragons are named for the markings along their wings and sides that look almost like calligraphy. The patterns correspond to no known language, and are slightly different on every dragon. These dragons only develop the characteristic markings when they reach maturity, and they are fairly capable with magic once the patterns appear.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Efkob, the black sheep of the Runescale clan, settled near the Edmyn the Unprepared Memorial Item Library after being stripped of the clan surname and banished from clan territory. His shop, meant to complement Tregarath's item library, sells necessities no traveler should be without, from socks to bandages. By Runescale standards, he's embarrassingly honest, as he never lies about the quality or nature of the items that he sells—no cure-alls made of colored water or boots that fall apart after a couple of miles in his shop. However, in the best Runescale tradition, Efkob is still an opportunist. He sells quality goods, but at such a markup that one could buy most of a wardrobe back in Dragontown for less than the price of a pair of his socks. After all, as the only game in town, he can afford to take advantage of his captive audience.
