Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

On clear nights, Gloriosa can be found gazing up at the night sky serenely, the starlight glinting across her beautiful silver scales. This ethereal glow gives her the appearance of a star fallen to Galsreim. She desires to soar the heavens above, for the twinkling light of the stars beckons her like the embrace of a long lost friend. On nights when the crisp air is particularly tempting to her yearning heart, she will take to the sky with a gentle beat of her wings. When her eyes close, she imagines that she is finally among the stars.
