Harvest Dragons are a large, flightless breed most often found in heavily forested mountains. Normally shy, these omnivorous dragons keep to themselves in remote regions, but in the fall they descend from their high territory to search for food—and lots of it. During the autumn months, harvest dragons will eat whatever they can find, from large and small animals to nuts and fruit. In the winter they retreat into large caves and hibernate until spring, living off the fat they have built up.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Harvey is a nice dragon. He loves to eat fruits and vegetables. His favotite food is pumpkins, he loves them. He eats so many pumpkins that he will smell like them. He loves the little pumpkins so much that he can eat a whole patch, he swallows them in one bite. He is really sad that he can't fly, so he uses his wings for hiding when he is playing. He likes apples too, and loves apple pie. But he really loves pumpkin pie, he is always waiting for the pie to cool so he can be the first one to eat it. Sometimes he gets so impatient that he will eat the pie when it's still hot.
