Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It has long toes, and likes to wander around on lily pads.

And look! Its toes have grown longer and developed webbing! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Chiraiseki, whose names means "Stone of Knowledge of the Future", is a young dragon learning water divination techniques in order to read visitor's "Prints".

This technique also consist of reading the favorable path for the visitor's future, which is guided by the lily pads.

She mainly lives in a hidden cave underwater and can only be reached by entering a vacuum caused by the condensed air pressure. Her den's territory is quite vast as well, but doesn't cover the whole lake where she lives. All these maintenances were done for the sake to guard a precious "prophecy stone"(so it is said, but not what it is) inherited from her kins, called the "Esmelrada Stone" which is also the stone that caused the death of many of her ancestors.
