Moonstone Dragons are named after the orb on their tails, which resembles the gem of the same name. They are nocturnal and gather energy through the absorption of moonlight with their orbs. They seem to glow with a lunar light and are a very gentle breed, feeding off of plants and the moons’ power.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Lovely Miracle was discovered as a very, very sick abandoned egg. Though it was still very young it had a gaping hole in its softened shell. The Prophet of Twilight was almost certain the fragile egg would not survive. However, on one chilly February day, the egg recovered from its illness and soon hatched into a beautiful Moonstone Dragon. As a hatchling, she grew very close to a Heartseeker named Loving Heartthrob. As they matured the pair fell madly in love. She is now known to often watch over the eggs that come into the caves where she lives while many of the other dragons sleep.
