Ice Dragons are fierce predators who hunt using their extremely cold breath. The breath of an ice dragon can freeze its prey solid in seconds. The body of an ice dragon is so cold that icicles will form along its skin no matter the outside temperature.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Darazu is a fierce and territorial male that tends to be aggressive towards other dragons. Males or females, it doesn't matter, other dragons will only be met with open hostility. That being said, Darazu is also very simple minded. He thinks of one thing at a time and tends to act more on instinct than any active thought process. Food, shelter, water, sleep and territory are usually the main things he concerns himself with. He isn't that smart in battle either, because he tends to charge right in without any thought of strategy or to his own safety. Reckless and impulsive are probably two of the best words to describe him. He makes up for this by having excellent flying skills, and he has a strong natural intuition.
