Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

One of the eggs Pharolux snagged on her visit to the abandoned egg ledge was a red colored one. She had no idea they are supposed to be warm and this one was much cooler than it should have been. The result was a hatchling that remained near death even as as she cracked her shell open. Weak and listless, without any appetite, little Krymsan clung to life with the tenacity of her species. In the end, her own will to live and her adoptive family's dedication to her care saw her through to adulthood. She is the most reclusive member of the clan, shy and distrustful, yet ferociously loyal to her family. While she chased Shadlin, Rhyk chased her!  After a one night stand with Cyr, Rhyk won her over and they have had, as well as adopted several hatchlings together.
