Royal Crimson Dragons are so named due to their massive size and confident, regal bearing. Most of the time they are laid back, ignoring non-prey creatures smaller than themselves, although they will occasionally take fresh kills from other dragons as a reminder of their place in the social order. Although there are few other dragons large enough to pose a threat to Royal Crimsons, they have little tolerance for potential rivals and will fiercely defend their territory from such intruders.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Kriage's upbringing was rough to say the least. Edin, the leading Seragamma, had kept a constant eye on him, lashing out when the Royal Crimson so much as put a claw out of line. Later on he would realize this was because of a previous mistake with another of his breed, who now was a threat to Edin's dominance. As a hatchling though, he couldn't realize why he was being treated so roughly, and this unfairness gradually grew into hatred for the alpha male.

Kriage prefers being left to himself, usually found inside the castle curled up by a fireplace. He does this to distance himself from the others, knowing that his naturally controlling nature will come off as harsh and rude to the others. However, if a hatchling happens to stray near him, seeking warmth from the hearth in winter, he will gladly share his space, usually wrapping a comforting paw around the smaller dragon.
