Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Xeniss might not stand out in a crowd, but he is very strong. Others may be all talk and no action; Xeniss is the opposite. Kind and protective, Xeniss functions as a protector of his clan members that are rare dragons who are vulnerable to hunters that might want to kill or take them away. Xeniss is therefore acquainted the most with such clan members and highly respected by them. Xeniss is also optimistic, gentle and very focused. Once he decides on a goal, he'll put everything into it. This can unfortunately give him tunnel vision. Xeniss tends to be full of excitement. He'll attend social events whenever possible and treat everyone genuinely. Combined with his easygoing personality, he tends to gain everyone's trust easily. However, he is sometimes over-friendly. In his excitement, Xeniss can forget to give others their personal space. Xeniss is hardly recognizable when he transforms into his berserk mode when he sees injustice. Even close friends can't see it's him.
