White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

A large and rather ungainly dragon due to the large amount of Stones and Geodes in his ancestry, Devea can really only manage to pull off any semblance of grace whilst sitting still, or sometimes gliding if the light shines off of his delightful white scales favourably.

He is mated to one of the Three Grotesques; Statue of Cities rarely leaves a small farming village, day or night, and Devea takes it upon himself to patiently rumble at any human who gets too near Cities upon her pedestal during the day-time.  He is always bantering away with her telepathically -- informing her of the comings and goings of Preto Osso and his clan and lazily chatting about their nightly patrols are often foremost.

Devea is quiet and tolerant of most things that can be thrown at him.  He is happy to sit still from sun-up to sun-down with Cities, and the only thing that can move him from his perch is a direct threat to his darling mate.
