Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Crael used to be the fighter among three female dragons titled "of the Guard"—the other two being her littermates, Siaro and Swie. All three were raised by a human girl known as Flight, deep within the Mountains of Elgar. Crael was known for being feisty and rash, often getting into trouble for her sharp tongue. Under Siaro's leadership, the sisters devoted themselves to protecting the mountainous region they called home. When conflict between the dragons of Elgar and the dragon clans of the High Family and Posluga grew beyond Oulerun (the largest mountain), Crael pushed her sisters to take action. In a skirmish against four Posluga members—Achos, Ania, Lupe and Alastor—Crael was taken by surprise and mauled brutally by Alastor. She and her littermates were left for dead, only surviving due to the timely arrival of a White Dragon also raised by Flight. Unable to make a full recovery, Crael lives as a flightless, blind shadow of her former self on the edge of Elgar.
