White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

As his name implies, Fixpaw is a friendly, nimble-fingered healer. When a red dragon has been wounded and is thrashing about, or one there are humans left dying on the battlefield in the midst of a war, Fixpaw is usually the only white who can safely reach them. Small, agile, and quick on his feet, he can dart out of the way of flailing claws and shooting arrows with absolute ease. Of course, he can't avoid every blow that's aimed at him, and on more then one occasion he's limped home, covered in bandages but grinning idiotically. On such occasions, when he's been asked what violent stuff he was up to, to get so hurt, he beams at the questioner and replies "Why, helping people, of course!"
