Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Galdralad is the kingdom's legendary magic dragon. If you are a child, he will play with you and even give you some low altitude sky rides. He will also entertain you with wondrous magic tricks! However, once you hit puberty, beware! Galdralad does not like teenagers and adults! He was almost banished from the kingdom when he turned an old lady who was screaming at her little daughter into a toad! In order to avoid banishment, he agreed to free the old woman from the spell, but since then he has tried to avoid any adults and teenagers, even if they do have children with them. So if you have a child, tell them where Galdralad is located and let them venture there with guidance and protection on the journey back and forth from either Twilight's Guard or Sunbeam's Guard the dragons, or on occasion, Leaf Warrick the Autumn dragon.
