Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Penrann is Mizzim's one and only Paper dragon. He was a lucky grab by Mizzim, and he gendered male after he grew his wings. He luckily gendered before Paper dragons could no longer get genders, so he is officially male. he likes talking to Prancir Caddican, one of Mizzim's Yulebucks. He stays away from her reds and blues.
