Magma Dragons are capable of withstanding the intense temperatures of their element. They live in volcanic regions, their bodies coated in the red hot magma which clings to their scales. They must leave the lava fields in order to hunt, although they require surprisingly little food to sustain their lumbering mass.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

A prime specimen of a magma, this creature is the pride and joy of a highly advanced society, one that has embraced technology as much as nature. As a war dragon, he is frequently clad in the most sophisticated cybernetic armors and mechanical wings, more to impress and frighten enemies than for actual battle, nowadays, as no one really has the nerve to attack his homeland anymore. However, while he does delight in strutting his stuff (and in flying, a privilege few magmas get to enjoy), he also has a good deal of fun romping around the city by himself. And it was during one of these carefree walks that he stumbled across a peculiar factory, one regarded as cursed by the common people, filled with the warm gush of steam and a very familiar scent...
