Falconiform Wyverns are normally shy creatures. However, when approached, they often feel threatened, and the flames along their bodies leap higher. Females tend to be smaller than males, though Falconiform Wyverns are typically rather large overall. They use their size to their advantage by hunting smaller dragons. The Falconiform’s graceful, swooping dives are said to resemble birds of prey. Falconiforms are largely solitary dragons that only meet in order to breed.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
Aodh is rather aggressive for a Falconiform, though she still very much adheres to her breed's solitary nature and behavior. She's just sort of more jumpy than most. The instant she sees someone even look at her funny, she flares her flames out and hisses dangerously. This behavior has given her quite the reputation, and it is well-earned. If she does get into a real skirmish, be prepared for some blood. Aodh is a relentlessly aggressive fighter. She will continually go at her target until they are no longer a target. She has a similar hunting style, making positively sure her prey is dead before consuming it. The thing is, though, this ruthless aggression is only a defense mechanism. Aodh is a paranoid dragon whose self-conscious about her own strength and abilities. She constantly feels threatened by others, who she always assumes the worst of. She has very little faith in others and can never seem to trust in anything but her own claws.
