Skywing Dragons spend most of their lives flying in the air. They hunt from the air, diving at prey from above, and land only to rest. They are some of the fastest fliers, capable of extremely high speeds. The webbing at the end of the tail acts as a rudder, allowing them to easily change direction during flight.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Lilee has always had a strongly independent and feministic personality. While maturing, she saw how obsessed her peers were with finding a mate, and she announced that she would never need a mate to make her happy. However, Lilee ended up falling in love with a fellow skywing dragon and began to rethink her philosophies; but just as she was about to ask him to be her mate, he ran off and mated with someone else. Nursing a broken heart, Lilee ignored the pleadings of her family and friends to stay and left home. During her wanderings, she met Saint Sigmund, a Christmas dragon. Intrigued by his stories of a life out of sight of other creatures, secretly performing tasks to increase their happiness and comfort, Lilee decided to leave behind the materialistic dragon world she had grown tired of and join Saint Sigmund in his mysterious and altruistic lifestyle. Her loved ones have not heard from her ever since, but every Christmas a spruce of holly appears out of nowhere over their cave.
