Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Claiming to be the most beautiful dragoness, she earned her name by boasting of her stunning beauty. While she truly is a beautiful dragoness, the other clan members of Niva's Cave often get annoyed of her claims of being even more beautiful than a tinsel dragon. When the clan's equally arrogant Silver Tinsel returned from his epic journey, he immediately fell in love with her.

Now, the happy couple spends their days by the silver lake on Niva's territory, admiring their beautiful reflections, and spreading their many children to other caves to spread the beauty.
