Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Buk is a very punny Yule Dragon. His whole thought process consists of one thing—puns.

One of his favorite things to joke about is deer. The interviewer, tolerant dragon that he is, thought he'd try and have a conversation with Buk.

He failed. Miserably.

'Erm... Ahem, hello. Buk'

'Doe you need something—oh, wait. That was terrible. That's the egg-sact reason I don't greet dragons with puns.'

'Uh...' The interviewer attempted to look for an escape root, but seeing as they were in a tree-cave, that was unlikely to happen.

'... You know, you're a bit of a weirdoe. Really.' Buk glanced at a passing cockroach. 'No one ap-roach-es me anymore. It's really lonely.'

With that, Buk sank into his thoughts, accidentally trapping the intermewer and holding him unintentionally captive for three hours.
