Vampire Dragons are members of the undead. They sustain themselves by drinking the blood of others. It is said that they are only “alive” at night, and seem dead or asleep during the day, as they cannot endure sunlight for long periods of time. Vampire Dragons can only reproduce by changing the eggs of other dragons, puncturing the shell with their fangs and injecting venom that kills the baby inside.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Arielle Lemieux also answers to 'Aranel' and leads a branch of the Immolator clan of vampires away from their core territory, answering directly to Mercurian and Narayan Steele—assuming something needs to be discussed. A wholly independent spirit, Aranel is frequently out of touch with the true leaders, but she's so deeply rooted in the philosophies sustaining it that she's effortlessly become an informal third co-leader of the clan despite her long absences.

Her personality is borderline flamboyant—extroverted and flirtatious, she has some qualities of a femme fatale, but her uncompromising honesty would make it difficult for anyone to be led astray. She likes it that way; she certainly wouldn't want anyone to get any wrong impressions.

Despite her personality, she follows after Narayan's philosophy of leadership, believing herself a servant of her people first and foremost, pouring most of her vibrant enthusiasm into efforts toward the good of the clan.
