Flamingo Wyverns are so named for their resemblance to the tropical birds with whom they often share territory. Their most striking feature is the bony black crest over their faces and snouts, larger in males, aiding both in digging up food and protection when fighting for mates. Males are duller in color than females due to their habit of wandering from nest to nest and picking from less algae-rich feeding grounds.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Smolder is a dragon from the Flamingo Dragon Clan. He is a funny dragon. Since some days at the cave can be  very boring and gloomy, Smolder is here to lighten up their spirits! He often will stand on one leg and try and fail (in a funny way) to imitate a dragon in the cave. But he doesn't just cheer up the adult dragon he will entertain the hatchlings too. All the hatchlings love him. He also is very fond of the lady dragons in the group and will often try get on a date with them. To do this he uses his joke power to get in on them. You may be surprised but it has worked many times. from all this he has been adapted to the nickname "ladies dragon".
