Albino Dragons are so named because their translucent, scale-less skin lacks all pigment. Instead, to help protect their bodies from the sun, they are coated in an oily secretion that blocks the sun’s harmful rays. The call of an albino dragon is similar to a barn owl--a shriek instead of a roar.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Commissioner Scratch is the real influence behind what's happening in the Imaginary Universe. He's the one pulling the strings behind what the Twilight Scoundrels and Meddlesome Company are doing. Some of the smarter in the two factions, such as Innovator or Detective, have begun to suspect that the Albino reporter following them around everywhere is more than what he seems.

He has connections to both Demonhead Pernicious Innovator and Godhead Pickle Inspector, the patrons of the Scoundrels and Company, and is a master at manipulating them to urge the two factions into moving around and fighting each other.

No other dragons really know why he's doing it, but a few have their suspicions.

Those few also say that he's the third deity of the Imaginary Universe, sent to destroy them all, which is why nobody believes them.
