Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It’s kind of shaky on its feet and enjoys playing in puddles.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Splashing Rain is a con-artist of the highest degree. She is lovable, charming, cute, witty, and she knows it; by the time the dragons of her latest con realize what has happened she is long gone. She's bad all the way to her soul. Rain has no need of all the treasure that the steals from people, she just enjoys having it. Though she does occasionally find another frozen hatchling or two to give her jewels and gold away to. As said, she has no need for it. She cons for the thrill of the game, not for the rewards she reaps. Don't call her a Robin Hood though, she wouldn't appreciate that at all. Though as of late she's grown tired of the game. She needs something more challenging, maybe it'll over the next hill...
