Daydream Dragons are the hosts of daydreams and fantasies. They spend the majority of their time sitting on clouds, dropping daydreams down into the minds of people passing by. Humans who live near Daydream Dragons must be especially careful not to let their thoughts wander, or they could end up spending hours or even days in a trance-like waking dream state.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Indura Luin is a curious, laid-back daydream dragon; his name literally meaning "mirror of the moon." A wandering loner by nature, he enjoys drifting with the wind and above the clouds, seldom staying in one region for long. Despite this, he never fails to return to his homeland high in the Alps. He has a gentle personality, displaying kindness to the humans he meets, though his innate aura tends to lure them into a distant trance.
As an explorer of several lands, he's developed some quirky hobbies to pass the time. Many a traveler has decided to rest the night in a cave out in the wild, only to stumble upon an outlandish collection of colorful rocks, interesting oddities, and even human trinkets. Although Indura Luin likes to stash his small treasures in countless places, he has an astounding memory for remembering where and what they all are. He can become overly possessive if humans have taken an item, tracking them down and prodding them gently but persistently for its safe return.
