Ice Dragons are fierce predators who hunt using their extremely cold breath. The breath of an ice dragon can freeze its prey solid in seconds. The body of an ice dragon is so cold that icicles will form along its skin no matter the outside temperature.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Knight acts almost exactly as her name would suggest: noble and loyal yet cold and distant. As far as she is concerned, she has no other purpose in life than protect her Lady, refusing the leave the Blusang's side unless absolutely necessary. Even those who would court the lovely Lady are too anxious to approach her, lest they be on the receiving end of icy breath and claws.

Despite that, she is not entirely heartless. At her Lady's touch, she almost melts, revealing a gentle, loving side that nobody would think this cold dragon capable of. It is clear to everyone except Knight that she is deeply in love with Lady, but to suggest it to her would result in blustering indignation and denial. Then a right good stomping for whoever suggested it.

A shame she does not have the courage to speak up, really, since it would seem that her Lady's eyes are firmly set on her...
