Fire Gem Dragons are a colorful, flamboyant breed often found in hot climates, particularly around active volcanoes. Their broad tails store the flames they breathe, which are colored by the heavy amount of minerals in the water they drink. These dragons come in a variety of colors, and will collect shiny trinkets and stones that match their own coloration. Despite their hoarding tendencies, though, Fire Gem dragons are social and will often congregate in groups and show off their collections while fawning over the stones their friends and rivals have gathered, occasionally arranging trades.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Lapillus attracts much attention to himself with his shiny ruby-like scales. He has gathered many treasures from the corners of the world, and often brags about his huge collection, convinced that he is the wealthiest dragon in the world. He is however, willing to trade if brought a worthy offer, but don't expect too much of a deal, unless you bring something very extraordinary to the table. Due to his somewhat narcissistic view on himself, he is not willing to settle for a permanent mate, and definitely doesn't have time to raise any offspring. Young dragons tend to stay away from him.
