Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It blends into the snow.
And look! It has gotten bigger. It must be close to maturing.
Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.
User Description
Deathberries never wanted to be named like that nor to be forced into a forever young stage, never being able to have baby dragons of her own. Obviously, it's because her owner is scared of her. At least, most of her daydreamings say that, but the real reason is her heritage. She knew her mother and father by heart, and was devastated when her previous owner tied her to a tree, unable to escape back to her parents. Her life now has been only slightly better, but she still would rather sit here all pretty than risk getting chained and losing her owner again.
