Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Winnie the Pooh is a bit unusual for a paper dragon.  She loves honey more than anything, and will do almost anything for a potful of it.  Whenever she is thinking, dragons near her can hear her mumbling telepathically to herself, "Think, think, think..".  She is a little naive at times, but tries to be friendly with most dragons.  She has only one big fear- heffalumps.
